Hegsolv consists of biodegradable and environmentally-friendly solvents & surfactants, and is used as a safer and effective alternative to conventional harsh products. Hegsolv removes heavy greases and oily sludges, asphalt, adhesives, paint & stuck labels from metallic, concrete or other surfaces. It cleans printing and silk screen ink and metal working forms and moulds. Hegsolv is non-bacterial.

APPLICATIONS

Painting industry: General clean-up of paint. Cleaning of tip of spray gun & other painting equipment

Heavy industry, metal working, oil industry: Removal of heavy greases and oils from hard surfaces, cleaning of stainless steel, removal of sludges and residues from oil storage tanks

Adhesives: Removes most commonly used adhesives including panel adhesives, contact cement, label adhesives and expanding foam sealant

Civil engineering: Effective release agent for asphalt in cleaning tools, drag chains and asphalt equipment

Printing Industry: Press & silk screen clean-up; ink removal from plates; blanket and roller cleaning

Glass cutting and staining: removal of tacky wax and marker.

Form & mold: use on concrete forms in metal fabrication, foundations etc.

Oilfield operations: Degreasing of casing and drill pipe; cleansing of heavily greased decks and blocks

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Hegsolv is used neat as provided. It may be applied by means of spray, rag, dip tank or brushed. See Safety Data Sheet for guidance on minimal safety precautions.
