Hegsurf.gp contains safe biodegradable surfactants which powerfully remove hydrocarbons, other organic chemicals, grease and grime from all soiled hard surfaces, including metal, concrete, glass etc. Hegsurf.gp is an ideal general purpose liquid for plant maintenance & general cleaning, including traffic film removal. It is safe and simple to use, and because it can be diluted with up to fifty parts of water is very economical. It has a low environmental impact compared to harsh solvents and caustics, is not corrosive and will improve safety and health at work. Unlike Hegsurf.dc & Hegsurf.pw, Hegsurf.gp is not a bacterial product.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Note: Hegsurf.gp should be diluted with water for all applications. All suggested dilutions are quoted conservatively - users may be able to dilute with water beyond the ratios shown, and achieve even greater economies. In the circumstances of your plant, you should dilute as much as possible - provided Hegsurf.gp still does the job.

All dilution ratios quoted are parts water: parts Hegsurf.gp.

PETROL & DIESEL PUMPS: Minimum 10:1 dilution - more if psossible. Apply with hand spray or rag. Remove with rag.   GRIMY ENGINES/MACHINERY Dilution 5:1 or more. Spray on. Remove with hose, jet or rag. TURN OFF ANY ELECTRICAL CURRENT; ENSURE THAT THE MACHINE IS DRY AFTER APPLICATION TRAFFIC FILM REMOVAL; VEHICLE INTERIORS: 10:1 up to 40:1 dilution. Stronger solution for heavily caked vehicles.   WIPES/RAGS: Use at 5:1 for rags soaked overnight to remove oil.   STEAM APPLICATION: 3:1 up to 40:1 dilution, depending on task. (Also removes scaling inside the heating coils.)   GLASS/WINDOW CLEANING/TILED SURFACES: Dilution at 15:1 up to 50:1, depending on circumstances.   ELECTRICAL PARTS, printed circuit boards: 5:1 dilution. No warping. Parts must be well air-dried afterwards.
